We started using Bayer's Plumbing shortly after moving back to Newburgh from the St. Louis area in 2019. A few years later, we had an issue with the toilet in our basement bathroom, where the pump kept burning out. After initially charging us for the repair, Bayer's kept coming out at no charge until it was finally fixed. The owner of the company came on one of these visits and told me that they would keep coming at no charge until the problem was fixed - which is exactly what happened. Experiences like this restores one's faith in humanity. Do yourself a favor, use Bayer's Plumbing and don't look back.

We bought a new refrigerator but needed 2 modifications: 1) the installation of a shut-off valve behind the fridge, and 2) bringing the water line to the fridge from our city water line (was previously on a well). Bryant came out and did the estimate, and the next day Stacy scheduled the work to be done by Bryant. It was done quickly and with great quality. Bayer’s will for now on be my plumbing company. Job was completed in a timely manner and Joey was a professional at his work. When you call Bayer’s, they will answer the phone and schedule your appointment right then giving you a 4 hour window. None of leaving a message and waiting hours or next day for a return phone call and then expecting the customer to be available all day. Price wise Bayer’s is competitive and reasonable. Do not shy away from a large company like Bayer’s. They are good at what they do, will get to your problem quickly and their cost is reasonable. Thanks Bayer and Joey.

Great customer service provided by Stacy in front office for scheduling appointment. Matt the plumber was very professional, explained the problem that we had a leak in the tank. Picked out a new Gerber with soft closing lid in the showroom. Install same day! Matt left worksite cleaner than when he started job!

We have used Bayer's Plumbing over the years and have always had good results. We recently had extensive plumbing work in a cramped crawl space done by them and were extremely happy with their work. We also had a new garbage disposal and water heater installed as well. Bryant and Sam did a wonderful job! Bayer’s Plumbing is great! They came out within an hour to help when my plumbing was backed up a few weeks ago. The technician worked hard to clear it: he didn’t give up & his persistence paid off as he unclogged it. He was honest, knowledgeable & did the job quickly. They were reasonably priced as well. These guys were Awesome! When I had an overflowing washer Another company spent 4 hrs snaking same drain. That's when I decided to call Bayer. The Bayer plumber quickly realized that a different approach was needed. Not only did they break up the clog in no time, they tested the line for a long time to make sure it was cleared! While we were waiting to confirm all was cleared, one of the plumbers gave me a lot of useful information!! I will definatley use Bayer the next time I have an issue!

Bayer Plumbing did a fairly complex job the week before Christmas for me on short notice. Bayer installed new gas lines for three high efficiency furnaces, tankless water heater and generator. This was job was totally completed the week before Christmas. Centerpoint installed the meter the day the job was completed as they were running the gas lines to the house. Bayer got the job done on time and on budget and kept me informed when issues came up. The tankless water heater rocks!
